Our business
QB Products, a division of Fidelitone Inc., is a distributor of OEM and aftermarket spare parts for consumer electronic equipment, microwave oven and other appliance parts and accessories. Over nearly 30 years, we have built relationships with manufacturers and suppliers to secure a leadership position in the field.
Our flexibility and commitment to customer service have allowed us to solidify partnerships that have endured for 30 years. Based in the suburbs of Chicago and with support of resources from our parent company Fidelitone, we work with both domestic and international customers, providing end-to-end services for the procurement and distribution of replacement parts and products.
Originally established at Quality Bearing Company in 1982, we expanded our business in 1993, offering microwave oven parts to distributors in the U.S. In 1995, we branched out to the international markets of Canada, Mexico, Central and South America and the Caribbean.
Furthering our international reach, in 2007 we became the exclusive representative for Cliplight Manufacturing Co. in Mexico, Central and South America. Also that year, we authorized a master distributor agreement with Exact Replacement Parts, exclusive to the appliance market. We were also appointed as the exclusive Mexico representative for Golden Ventures, Inc the makers of Cerama Bryte (line of appliance cleaners and homecare products.)
In 2008, we added products from Surehold Adhesives, Puretronics, and e Replacements, and in 2010 we entered the ecommerce business through a relationship with Amazon.com.
